Project partners

Made with Padlet

Monika Schwarze (GERMANY):
One of my expectations is that students have fun and learn that GeoGebra is a mighty tool - for geometry (lessons) and for creating nice things as well.

I work with students between 12 and 13 in a afternoon club that is not related to math lessons. I know from recents projects - as some of my colleagues in this project, too - that nice grapfics and animations are very motivating for students. By this students get familiar with the Geogebra commands and get more and more deep into rather complicated constructions. The understanding of GeoGebra philosophy will help them for math lessons in the future.
My second expectation is that students are inspired by ideas and work of others and like to communicate about this with partner students. Me, I hope also getting inspired by my colleagues or can share experience with them.
GOOD  LUCK for the project!°

Ludmila Cojocari (Moldova)

It gives me great pleasure to participate with the students in this special project.

The students involved in this project will be between 13-14 years old.

I am sure that the students will be pleasantly surprised by the expected activities that will take place in this project. They will discover what drawings, wonderful animations can be created with GeoGebra, and then all these discoveries of the software will apply to math lessons.

Good luck everyone!

Iwona Kowalik (Poland)

My expectations: students should have fun to learn Geometry using Geogebra and develop their creativity. Most of my students has never used Geogebra so they will have to get familiar with this app.

Mihaela Git, Romania

We participate in etwinning projects to learn and share new, motivating ideas through collaboration. Through the activities we will carry out, we want to increase students' creativity, critical thinking and develop their scientific and communication skills in English and use of IT. I am happy to collaborate with partners from previous projects and meet new ones.

Janne Järvinen (Finland)

I have no afternoon club for this project but I will use some of my math lessons this autumn.

My expectations are to get pupils familiar with Geogebra UI and basic drawing with it.
